Hand-shaped stone, cobblestone path, pebble water feature.

Front Entrance Garden - Bangalow

Bangalow sits between the village streets and the rainforest behind them. This entrance is built from that: stone first, then the path, water, seating and planting.

Hand-shaped stone garden walls, a winding cobblestone path and steps, a pebble water feature, a hardwood bench, turf, lighting and sub-tropical planting.

Stone walls

Each piece was shaped and set on site. Not a modular cladding. The walls frame the entry as one surface.

Path and steps

Cobblestone follows the fall of the block rather than a straight line through it. Path, steps and beds read as one approach.

Water, bench, planting

Hand-laid pebble wall creates water feature. Cosy hardwood bench seating. Planting is sub-tropical, for Bangalow rain and humidity, and sits against the stone rather than covering it.

The Result

The finished entrance gives the property a inviting arrival point — stone, paving and planting working as one approach rather than separate elements.

Built to last. Built to belong.
